Job Description: 
The responsibilities for this person will include: 

EMEA Benefit Administration
•    Manage Cycle to Work scheme & Season Ticket Loan scheme processes
•    Manage Edenred eyecare benefit process and voucher
•    Ad hoc reporting and support with benefit data analysis as needed
•    Provide benefits-related Workday entry support
•    Manage updating the Benefits & Wellbeing page on intranet
•    Manage gym partnership relationships and the relevant intranet page up to date
•    Respond to common benefits-related queries (provide membership details as needed)

Onboarding & Benefits:
•    Notify local benefits providers of new hires and transfers
•    Work with UK benefit team to manage events, send out invitation to employees

Event Management:
•    Wellbeing & Working Parent Network event administration
•    Work with UK benefit team to manage events, send out invitations to employees
•    Workshop set up administration
•    Track employee attendance for workshops & other related training
•    Manage the webinar recording process for webinars

Qualifications:            
•    Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience, in HR domain.
•    Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•    Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
•    Proven ability to project manage processes with strong organization and attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
•    Ideal candidate is a resourceful team player, proactive and willing to manage and execute 
multiple competing priorities
