Analyst - Wealth Credit Operations

We are hiring for our client into a Credit Rating Agency business.

Work Locations: Mumbai & Chennai.

They are hiring for Wealth Credit Operations role & seeking out for immediate joiner or with 1 Month Notice Period only candidates.

• Support end-to-end transaction lifecycle activities across Wealth Credit portfolios, including deal setup support, documentation checks, system data validation, and post-disbursement monitoring.
• Act as a key execution and quality lead across Wealth Credit transaction management activities, supporting complex and non-standard transactions.
• Independently review and interpret credit and legal documentation, translating approved terms into system-ready configurations and monitoring rules.
• Lead facility setup, booking validation, and lifecycle event management, including amendments, renewals, and restructures.
• Perform and oversee covenant and collateral monitoring, including breach identification, escalation, and remediation coordination.
• Serve as a checker and mentor for analysts, ensuring accuracy, control adherence, and timely delivery.
• Support regulatory-driven data remediation and reconciliation efforts (e.g., Y-14, SNC, FR Y-2052a) where transaction data feeds into reporting.

Experience & Skill Set Required

• 38 years of experience in wealth credit, transaction management, or complex lending operations, with exposure to Private Banking or Investment Finance portfolios.
• Strong understanding of wealth lending structures, including margin/Lombard facilities, bespoke secured lending, SPVs, trusts, and holding company structures.
• Hands-on experience with loan systems and credit platforms (Loan IQ, Flexcube, AFS or similar).
• Proven experience in covenant testing, collateral monitoring, exception management, and lifecycle oversight.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment on non-standard transactions, and operate in audit- and regulator-facing environments.
