ANALYST – VENTURE DEBT

Investment Analyst / Associate Private Credit & Growth Debt

Were looking for an Investment Analyst/Associate to support our senior investment team across origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring . The role offers full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate & Execute Deals: Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.
• Origination Support: Perform market/sector research, track borrower/sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with legal, risk, and operations teams; support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio reviews.

What You Bring

• Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 23 years of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling/valuation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
