Job Description :
Telecom Specialist
• Description of Deliverables/Specifications
• Review and Approve Invoices in Tangoe for Domestic and International circuits for News
Corporate
Services supported business units.
• Process and Support with Telecommunications vendors on Billing Disputes to insure proper credits
• Maintain Circuit Inventory in Tangoe and News Corporate Services Databases
• Validate and follow to closure moves/adds/changes/disconnect orders
• Process and provide invoices to News Corporate Services A/P
• Other telecom related tasks as directed by the News Corporate Services Management team
