_x000D_ Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Conduct the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with the team’s and client’s expectations.
_x000D_ Provide timely and high-quality services and work products
_x000D_ Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts. Proactively expand knowledge in various facets through client assignments and stay updated with recent developments in tax, law and immigration
_x000D_ Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs
_x000D_ Exercise independent judgment and discretion when working on client deliverables
_x000D_ Responsible for execution of day to day deliverables through quality work
_x000D_ Responsible for meeting contractual SLA's
_x000D_ Adhere to standard processes and ensure consistency
_x000D_ Escalate issues and queries
_x000D_ Develop a high level understanding of all the work streams and collaborate with different work streams as required by the business
_x000D_ Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual goals
_x000D_ Perform a thorough self-review of all work done
_x000D_ Assist team in managing client projects
_x000D_ Adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently
_x000D_ Flexibility to adapt to different business requirements from time-time

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000D_ Qualification

·        A graduate and/or post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM

Experience

No prior experience required
