About the role:

The Business Analyst will work as a liaison between the product management and development team to analyze the business requirements, convert those into functional specifications and get projects ready for development. The candidate will also need to participate in integration testing and validating new functions to certify they meet business requirements. The role also involves working with the SQA team & the Release Engineering team to make sure projects are released to clients on time. The candidate needs to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and the overall SDLC processes.

What you will be doing

·       Analyzing Business requirement.

·       Preparing Functional Specifications documents.

·       Functional/Integration testing.

·       Creating and maintaining project artifacts.

·       Project Implementation in co-ordination with SQA and Release Engineering.

What you bring:

·       Understanding of trading and settlement of Equities, Options and Fixed Income securities.

·       Knowledge of Order Management Systems & awareness on Back/Middle office functions.

·       Understanding of risk monitoring and margining methods.

·       Knowhow on options & equity strategy parings.

·       Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

·       Knowhow of SDLC processes.

What we offer you:

Prior experience as a Business Analyst involved in the US trading/margining systems is preferred.
