Primary Skill
s Perform name/transaction sanctions screening of real time hits for potential sanctions violations as per the internal and external watchlists Responsible for conducting Payment Sanctions Screening for customersInvestigating false positives, true positive hits, and escalating for further review and approvalWriting dispositions with clear rationale substantiating their decision about the match being positive or falseEffectively investigate, document, and identify anomalies and use judgment for to determine if case needs to be escalated to L2 for further investigation Minimum 2-3 years related banking, compliance, audit experience with a minimum of 1-2 years specific experience relating to sanctions screening according to specific banking policies and relevant AML legislations across NA, US, EU & APAC jurisdictions Secondary Skills Maintain a working knowledge of anti-money laundering related requirements including BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, SEC, FINRA, and other applicable US, UK EMEA regulationsActively engage in the identification of potential process shortcomings or required enhancementsUniversity graduateFluent in English (spoken and written)Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
