Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Product Team. The role involves deep research, market tracking, product evaluation, and supporting advisors with data-driven insights to enhance portfolio construction and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze capital markets, macroeconomic indicators, and policy developments impacting various asset classes.

Conduct in-depth research on investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, ETFs, and global instruments.

Prepare investment frameworks, asset allocation notes, performance reviews, and thematic reports for internal and client use.

Evaluate new product offerings and conduct comparative analysis across asset managers.

Liaise with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), PMS providers, and technology partners for updates, data, and product insights.

Support advisors with portfolio analytics, product selection, and wealth strategy inputs.

Contribute to data analysis, MIS reporting, and process automation initiatives within the Product function.

Desired Candidate Profile

12 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, research, or financial services.

Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and enthusiasm for building meaningful work in wealth advisory.

Graduate from a reputed institution (any discipline).

Progress toward CFA (or intent to pursue) will be an added advantage.

Strong proficiency in Excel; experience in financial modelling, data handling, and automation is preferred
