Analyst - Procurement and Sourcing

This role sits at the centre of our procurement and sourcing operations and requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, confident working with numbers, and able to manage sourcing and purchasing workflows with accuracy and speed.

Support end-to-end procurement and sourcing workflows across live operational orders

Identify, evaluate, and source products from approved supplier channels in line with internal priorities

Review product specifications, pricing, pack sizes, quantities, and delivery timelines to ensure sourcing accuracy

Analyse pricing, landed costs, profitability, and commercial viability using ExGoogle Sheets

Maintain procurement trackers, reports, and operational data with high precision

Monitor profitability, buying logic, and sourcing viability before orders proceed further in the workflow

Coordinate closely with fulfilment and operations teams to support timely and accurate execution

Follow structured internal workflows and controls to minimise errors and maintain process discipline

Escalate issues early where product data, pricing, availability, or fulfilment requirements are unclear

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills competency will be tested

Strong analytical ability and confidence working heavily with numbers

Exceptional attention to detail (non-negotiable)

A structured, process-driven mindset

Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy or control

Good judgement and a commercially aware approach

Clear English communication

Must be currently based in or able to commute reliably to Gurugram (on-site role)

Preferred backgrounds: Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields.
