Job Title: Analyst - Operations

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• The job would primarily involve working with data and using that to make reports to maximize revenue.
• Support the business development team in day to day client management activities.
• Assisting the Business development team with reports to help them analyse accounts and improve performance.
• Tracking of weekly project data.
• Assigning and prioritizing daily activities.
• Liaising with the business development specialists, sales/marketing team to facilitate maximization of revenue/ ensure smooth functioning of the department through data.
• Preparing and maintaining weekly/monthly/daily reports.
• Effective data management for smooth tracking of business activities.
• Making power point presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good logical reasoning.
• MS Excel skills (Mandatory- V lookup, Pivot tables).
