Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java and Selenium to ensure efficient and reliable testing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and actionable insights. - Identify and troubleshoot issues in the automation framework ensuring minimal disruption to the testing process. - Continuously improve and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the automation framework. - Work closely with the Program Management team to align automation efforts with project goals and timelines. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities. - Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on the progress of automation projects ensuring timely completion and delivery. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys automation strategy and processes. -Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in Automation Java and Selenium with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Have experience in Program Management which is a nice to have skill. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid model. - Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. - Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 9.
