Roles & Responsibilities

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and evaluating high potential

investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify early-stage (Pre-Seed / Seed) B2B startups through networking with founders, accelerators, and other VC funds.
• Investment Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth research on target companies, focusing on product-market fit, competitive landscape, and B2B-specific metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Churn.
• Investment Memorandums: Prepare structured reports and presentations for the Investment Committee (IC) to justify investment decisions.
• Portfolio Support: Assist Portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, market mapping, and preparation for subsequent funding rounds.

Who We're Looking For

Education: Technical background - Engineering, Deep Tech / Deep Sciences, Physics, Robotics

• Experience: 2-4 years in research, startup operations/entrepreneur, investment or consulting
• Must have B2B experience - Curiosity and rigor (In AI and B2B Frontier tech streams - Industrials, Mfg, Energy etc) with an ability to independently run complex technical diligence/assessments

Skills:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
