Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst based in Delhi, India. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring performance metrics, gathering and interpreting data, and supporting business decision-making processes through thorough analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency will also form a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• B. Pharm with 3-4 years experience
• M. Sc with 3-4 years experience
• B. Sc with 2+ yrs experience
• Previous experience with testing drugs and medicines in a lab
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable with using testing equipment like HPLC, GC, machines
• Comfortable with using windows, excel, PDF's etc
