Job Description:

Education and Experience Required

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores, preferably with accounts background.
• Experience 0-1 year.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
• • Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
• • Knowledge in country’s statutory requirements
• • Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
• • Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s
• • Experience in handling customer queries.
