Skilled financial specialist to join our accounting team to help track Financial and Management Accounting / Bank Reconciliation / Account Reconciliation / Payroll / Costing /   Fixed Assets / Inter Company / Reporting / Taxation. F&A assistant will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Key areas of Responsibilities :

ü  Prepare and post monthly journals Month end close activities within timeline

ü  Perform Account Reconciliations as per procedure Master Data Maintenance (GL, FA, etc.)

ü  Process periodic/ adhoc report request from Customers Query handling for Customers

ü  Perform quality check to prevent errors Follow and Maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Adherence to Control and Compliance

ü  Connect with internal and external clients to resolve queries and issues.

ü  Follow up on Customer Queries

ü  Maintain Month End Close Data Adherence to Control & Compliance

ü  Maintain required % of Accuracy and Turn Around Time (TAT)

Knowledge and Skills Required:

ü  Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.Com/B.B.A./B.B.M) thorough knowledge of accounting fundamentals and concepts.

ü  Strong in verbal and written communication.

ü  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel

ü  Handle Operation situation through pro-active thinking Good decision making ability

ü  Ability to work independently / with Team and to adopt to a fast changing environment

ü  Organized, set priorities, and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)

ü  Thorough knowledge of accounting fundamentals and concepts

ü  0-1 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain
