Analyst II – Record to Report (R2R)

Now Hiring: Analyst II Record to Report (R2R) | Hyderabad (Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled R2R professional to join a leading global organizations Finance Centre of Excellence. If you have strong expertise in Record to Report operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end R2R activities month-end close, reconciliations, accruals & reporting

Perform balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations

Work closely with global finance teams & internal stakeholders

Support audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements

Contribute to process improvement, automation & transformation initiatives

What Were Looking For:

35 years of hands-on experience in R2R / General Ledger / Controllership

Strong knowledge of financial statements & accounting principles

Qualification: CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience with SAP, Blackline, or similar ERP systems

Excellent communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 50% in office)

Work Model: 5 days working
