Job Description
Responsibilities
'The incumbent will support UK- HR Services on:-
- MyHR is a client/customer facing team and a first point of contact for all SG employees to answer / resolve their queries related to HR Policies and HR Systems.
- This team is responsible to coordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 for resolution.
- As a generalist, team also prepare standard letters and act as a leave administrator for offshore locations.
- Manage the Human Resource (HR) Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable
- Widely work on PeopleSoft tool.
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received Human Resource (HR) Reporting
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyze the report trends
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Provide Policy and Procedural support to staff - both Verbal and Written communication
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received
- ML team supports only on face to face trainings (Class room) that are conducted internally. The scope of activities is outlined below.
- Provide management support to the HR Leadership team in the areas of Learning and development
Session Management:
- Session creation and handling employee training data on learning management system for all external and internal trainings taken by a staff
- Training administrative support for internal class room trainings
- Liaise with Training co-ordinator and schedule training sessions
- Managing enrollments (push and pull process)
- Scheduled Reports and Dashboards:
- Generating and publishing of trainings reports and dashboards on a periodical basis.
- Delivering daily operations with high quality and no errors
- Proactive identification of the gaps and addressing the same on a regular basis. All risk prone areas/steps/actions to be identified and addressed with the respective Team Lead & Manager.

Human Resources (HR) Executive Requirements and Qualifications

- Experienced in conflict resolution processes
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Bachelor/ Master’s/ Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 5+ years management experience in HR (Especially handling India Operations)
