Job Title: Analyst Commercial Operations

Role Overview:

The Analyst Commercial Ops will support revenue management and commercial strategies for Sarovar Hotels. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with numbers, and the ability to interpret data for business decisions. Additionally, the position includes 20% administrative responsibilities related to coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze revenue performance, pricing strategies, and market trends to optimize hotel profitability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to implement commercial strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Data School, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Revenue Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, G-Suite and other reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality revenue systems (preferred).
