Analyst - Collection

What you'll be doing:

 

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.

• Initiate collection calls and emails to customers with overdue accounts.

• Negotiate and ensure timely repayment while maintaining good customer relationships.

• Resolve billing issues and payment disputes in coordination with the sales and finance teams.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on collection status, aging reports, and risk accounts.

• Escalate delinquent accounts as necessary, including recommending legal or recovery action.

• Work closely with the AR team to ensure proper application of payments.

• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements in all collection activities.

 

What you'll need:

• Minimum Graduate with 3-5 years in Collection.
• Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated
• Well organized with strength in prioritizing
• Flexible attitude to achieve results
• Calm under pressure
