Fortress Group is seeking an equity research associate / analyst in the BFSI (Banking,Financial Services and Insurance sector to be part of our research team.

Responsibilities-

• Build and maintain detailed company financial models, analyze industry data, and develop sector databases.
• Review annual reports, financial filings, trade publications, and other sources to gather, synthesize and interpret data.
• Prepare an accurate valuation of the company from historical data, company interactions & projections done by the analyst.
• Have the capability to summarize information from several sources into crisp decision making & actionable insights.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements-

• CA (Degree holder) or CFA (Level 3 passed)
• Required Experience: 3 5 years of experience in Chemicals & API Sector
• Relevant experience with focus on chemicals & pharmaceuticals in equity research (either front or back end), consulting or any other finance role.
• Proficient at financial modelling and demonstrates strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to source and process information independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Candidate should be based out of Mumbai or have strong preference for this location.
