What we look for

How will you do it?

This position requires the following experience:

• 3 to 6 year experience in PTP end to end process.
• B.com / BBA / MBA / M.Com
• Fluent English (Verbal and written).
• Self starter who is performance and quality oriented.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Distinctive customer orientation and interact courteously with customers.
• Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure.
• Account Receivable - Cash Application Process cash applications for ACH, Wire, Checks, and EFTs per remittance advice
•  Allocate daily tasks to Team and report status to Team Lead.  Research, analyze, and reconcile payment discrepancies
• .  Investigate and resolve unallocated/unapplied cash with the collection steam.
•  Communicate with customers regarding missing remittance, overpayments, or duplicate payments.
•  Process refunds and create invoices for short payments as per company policy.
•  Assist team members with queries and troubleshooting.  Track payments and follow up based on escalation matrix.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.  Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
•  Outstanding invoices statement is sent to the customer upon request
