Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automation API Selenium and Java. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation in our processes. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation frameworks to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute API integrations that meet business requirements.
  • Utilize Selenium to create and maintain automated test scripts ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Write and maintain Java code for various automation tasks ensuring code quality and performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scripts to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on automation best practices and tools.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Document automation processes test cases and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of automation solutions making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all automation activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in automation with hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in API integration and testing with a solid understanding of RESTful services.
  • Have extensive experience with Selenium for creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • Show proficiency in Java programming with the ability to write clean efficient and maintainable code.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be self-motivated and proactive with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
