Responsibilities : - Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute API tests ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Provide technical expertise in automation tools and techniques driving continuous improvement in testing processes. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing working closely with developers to resolve defects. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases test scripts and test results to ensure transparency and traceability. - Oversee the execution of automated test suites monitoring performance and identifying areas for optimization. - Lead efforts to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies applying them to improve testing efficiency. - Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions providing insights from a testing perspective. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining high standards of quality and security. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. -Qualifications - Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Selenium and Java with hands-on experience in developing automated test scripts. - Have a solid understanding of API testing and tools with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases. - Show experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines integrating automated tests. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Display strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 9.
