Job Summary

As an Analyst within the US Payroll team, you will be responsible to precise payroll processing for our extensive US workforce

Job responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll processing for 200,000 US employees.
• Master Oracle HCM payroll flows and processes for both on and off-cycle payrolls.
• Review and reconcile payroll with precision.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reconciliation and controls.
• Collaborate with various payroll functions for seamless operations.
• Lead process transitions and reporting initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a payroll analyst, senior analyst, or team lead.
• Proficiency in multiple payroll functions and systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles and Oracle HCM, with advanced reconciliation skills
• Excellent business partnering and acumen.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced analytics and payroll modeling expertise.
• Proficient in reporting.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Oracle Reporting tools like OTBI
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and payroll query handling
• Knowledge of basic automation tools such as Power Query/Excel
