About the Role:
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented professional as an Xactly Analytics Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Xactly Center of Excellence (COE) that supports 5 core divisions and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. As part of our global sales transformation team, the COE partners with each of the Wolters Kluwer Divisions & Business Units to support the administration and adoption of our Xactly platform and end-to-end sales incentive compensation architecture.
In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to support the development of new capabilities in Xactly that will drive operational excellence to the business across Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other partnering functions. Your role will act as a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure quality standards of Xactly development & configuration are met prior to releasing into production for the general end-user population. This role is crucial to financial controls, technology development, understanding sales performance, and supporting efficient annual planning cycles.
Responsibilities
Organize: Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/or activities
Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support and plan for sales compensation initiatives
Business Partners: Assist sales compensation business partners with sales performance reporting & analytics activities and other administrations responsibilities
Documentation: Maintain and improve sales performance analytics related documentation
Data Sensitivity: Work with complex and sensitive data to provide insights to key business stakeholders
Reporting Development: Support and/or configure sales performance reporting & analytics capabilities
Quality Assurance: Assists with ongoing validation and quality assurance processes related to the to new & existing analytics capabilities, including configuration, data accuracy, filtering, user interfaces, role security, and training/change management documentation.
Analytics Deployment: Partner with Xactly administrators, developers, and trainers for analytics related development and deployment in Xactly
Monitor: Execute and monitor routine sales performance reports and analytics
Other: Support other duties as needed for Sales Transformation's strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experiences:
0 to 3 years with Sales Comp related responsibilities (preferred), or 0 to 3 years with Sales Operations, Financial systems, Business Intelligence systems, or Workforce systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
Xactly Administrator Certification(s), or ability to obtain after onboarding
Experience in sales compensation administration, sales operations, sales performance, or system(s) configuration is preferred, other hard and soft skills are relevant; ability to obtain Xactly certifications is necessary after onboarding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics from complex data
Ability to collaborate and build relationships across various teams.

Planning and organizational skills
Excellent data management skills
Strong PC skills with a good understanding of Excel, Powerpoint, and coding languages ( specifically SQL)
Coding: SQL (beginner to intermediate)
Nice to Have:
Coding: Python, Java, C++, etc
Certification(s) in Analytics systems are preferred, but not required (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
Certification(s) in Sales Compensation or Sales Operations systems are preferred, but not required (i.e. Xactly, Varicent, SAP-Callidus, Anaplan, etc)
