Job Description
Analog Circuit design Engineer
Location- Bangalore
Qualification- B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME
Exp- 3 to 8 Yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analog circuit design for high-speed I/O blocks (buffers, receivers, transmitters).
- Execute design simulations , including regression and Monte Carlo analysis.
- Work on design changes , not just verification, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Handle layout back-annotation and parasitic extraction for nanometer technology nodes.
- Participate in manufacturing process evaluation and contribute to tape-out readiness.
- Ensure familiarity with PDKs and process limitations for nanometer technologies.
Required Skills & Expertise
- High-Speed I/O Design: Strong experience in designing high-speed analog circuits.
Nanometer Technology:
- Hands-on experience with nanometer nodes.
- Familiarity with PDKs, parasitic values, and process constraints.
- Simulation Expertise: Proficiency in regression simulations, Monte Carlo analysis, and analog verification flows.
- Tools & Methodologies: Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for analog design and layout.
- Design Ownership: Ability to work independently and take ownership of design blocks from specification to tape-out.
