Hiring: Senior Analog Design Engineer (58 Years)

Location: Bangalore

Domain: Analog IP (AIP) / Analog IC (AIC)

We are expanding our Analog Team and looking for a strong hands-on Analog Design Engineer who can take ownership from design to verification and silicon validation.

If you enjoy solving transistor-level challenges and building robust analog circuits that go to silicon this role is for you.

What You Will Work On

Analog Circuit Design

Design key analog blocks such as:

Op-Amps

Comparators

Bandgap References

ADC/DAC

PLL

LDO

Strong understanding of CMOS / Bipolar / BiCMOS design

Optimize for power, performance, area, and yield

Run PVT, corner, and Monte Carlo simulations

Perform layout-aware design & parasitic analysis

Verification & Validation

Behavioral modeling using Verilog-A / AMS

Mixed-signal simulations

Post-layout simulations (LVS/DRC awareness)

Reliability checks:

PVT & stress testing

Aging analysis

Safe Operating Area (SoA) validation

ESD analysis (HBM / CDM / MM)

Tools & Exposure

Hands-on experience with:

Synopsys Custom Compiler

Spectre / HSPICE

EM tools (Ansys / HFSS)

Advanced technology nodes & PDKs

What Were Looking For

58 years of strong Analog/AMS design experience

Experience taking blocks from concept to silicon

Good communication skills

Ability to mentor junior engineers

Exposure to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is a plus
