amunda 8 Architect / Senior Architect (BPM + Java Enterprise)

Were hiring a Camunda 8.x Architect / Sr. Architect who is hands-on , strong in BPM architecture , and capable of leading technical teams in an Agile delivery model.

This role is not for Camunda 7 / workflow-only / trained on Camunda profiles. Were looking for proven Camunda 8 implementation experience .

• 914 years overall IT experience
• 3+ years on BPM technologies
• 3+ years hands-on with Camunda 8.x (recent implementation work)
  

• 8+ years in Java / J2EE / Java EE (Java 1.6+ and enterprise patterns)
• Strong experience building SOAP & REST APIs
• Hands-on with Spring (Core, Boot, Batch, MVC)
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA, JMS, Camel, Maven
• Strong RDBMS experience (any major relational DB)
• Strong exposure to Camunda OR Redhat jBPM implementations
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks + enterprise architecture
  

• UI development exposure (preferred: React / Angular )
  

• Own architecture design and finalization for BPM solutions
• Convert complex business needs into technical architecture + delivery plan
• Finalize requirements with business stakeholders
• Lead solution design, estimation, and implementation planning
• Conduct code/design reviews against business + functional requirements
• Drive versioning, release process, and SCM best practices
• Build reusable components and scalable frameworks
• Mentor dev/support teams; guide execution in Agile delivery
• Work closely with internal and client stakeholders
  

• Strong communication + stakeholder management
• Confident client-facing leadership
• Ability to lead and mentor small teams in Agile
