AMS Presales Lead

Role:

AMS Presales Lead Engineering Applications & AI Support Solutions

Location: Any location in India

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Deep understanding of Engineering applications landscape (PLM, CAD, CAE, ERP, MES, etc.)

ITSM, ITIL, and AMS delivery models

• Expertise in AI/ML for support automation and analytics
• Cloud platforms, integration, and automation tools
• Experience with incident, change, and release management frameworks

Must-Have:

- Proven experience in presales for AMS/Engineering applications

- Solution design and proposal management for support services

- Strong estimation, pricing, and bid management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Stakeholder management and client engagement

- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and AMS operations

- Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, and cloud technologies

- Ability to coordinate with sales, delivery, and technical teams

- Process improvement and mentoring skills.

Good-to-Have:

- Exposure to ERP/MES/PLM/Asset Management/Digital Twins

- Experience in manufacturing, hi-tech, or industrial verticals

- Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies

- Experience with global delivery models and distributed teams
