Job Description:

Must:

• Basic analog & RC concepts
• V2I block, Reference voltage generation and considerations
• GM-ID methodology
• Regulators and comparator design
• CP design and load considerations and verification

Add on

• Memory concepts, READ/Prog/Erase operation
• Top-level simulation and implications
• Layout extracted simulation/correlation
• EMIR and Reliability simulation

Requirements

• Exp: 4-8 Years
• Education: B.Tech./M.Tech.
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Analytical with good interpersonal skills
• Good Communication
• Excellent team player
• High Integrity
