Amazon Seller Central Specialist (3P – Operations)

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central (3P) experience

SALARY RANGE: 6 9 LPA (depending on hands-on depth)

ROLE OVERVIEW (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Seller Central specialist to own day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations for our UAE business.

This role is not for:

• Strategy-only profiles
• Ads-only or performance marketing specialists
• Amazon Seller Services / platform-side professionals
• D2C / Shopify-only ecommerce professionals

If you have not personally worked inside Amazon Seller Central , this role will not be a fit.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

You will personally manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and be responsible for:

• Day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations
• Ownership of:
• Product listings & listing health (suppressed / stranded ASINs)
• Pricing & Buy Box control
• Inventory planning & stock health
• Promotions, deals, and discounts
• Returns, cancellations, and account health hygiene
• Tracking sales performance and identifying root causes
• Coordinating with Ads executive to:
• Decide which ASINs to push or pause
• Allocate ad budgets based on inventory, margins, and sales velocity
• (You will guide Ads strategy, not execute campaigns hands-on)
• Coordinating with internal teams (warehouse, finance, content)
• Taking ownership when issues arise and resolving them independently

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (3P)
• Direct experience in:
• Pricing decisions
• Inventory planning
• Promotions & deals
• Listing issue resolution
• Strong understanding of Amazon business metrics
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
• Willingness to work on-site from Wadala, Mumbai
