Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced Amazon RedshiftDeveloper to lead the design, setup, and management of new Redshift projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, including expertise in creating, configuring, and optimizing clusters, schemas, and data pipelines for high-volume analytical workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy new Redshift environments and projects from initial setup to production.
• Design, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data ingestion.
• Help manage schema design, indexing, and partitioning for performance and scalability.
• Optimize query performance and storage configurations across clusters.
• Implement best practices for security, data governance, and cost management.
• Collaborate with strategy, dev, and DevOps teams to support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Redshift performance or connectivity issues.
• Stay current with Redshift feature releases and AWS ecosystem integrations.
• Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift.
• Proven expertise in initial cluster setup, configuration, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Redshift Spectrum, and AWS services such as S3, Glue, and Lambda.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Informatica, dbt, or Airflow).
• Strong background in performance tuning and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
