Won Motors Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations across India's top e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

Experience: 38 years (mandatory hands-on)

This role is NOT for digital marketers.

We only want candidates who have personally operated Amazon and Shopify accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally create and manage product listings on Amazon and Shopify
• Daily account management: pricing, inventory, orders, returns, claims
• Maintain account health and prevent suspension (critical responsibility)
• Track and respond to policy changes on Amazon and Shopify
• Keyword-based listing optimization to improve real sales
• Resolve platform issues directly (tickets, violations, warnings)
• Prepare simple, clear sales and performance reports for the CEO

Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)

• Direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon seller accounts
• Direct, hands-on experience managing Shopify backend
• Experience with real product sales (not theory, not support roles)
• Strong understanding of Amazon account health & policy compliance

Not Suitable For

• Digital marketers
• Candidates who only know or can manage e-commerce
• Agency-only or advertising-only experience

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: 50,000 - 70,000/month (negotiable)
• Full-time, or Part-time
