Job Title: Amazon Seller Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Account Manager who can handle end-to-end management of our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing listings, launching new products, running advertising campaigns, maintaining account health, and driving sales growth with strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Complete Amazon Account Management

• Handle day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure smooth account functioning & resolve all issues in the account.

2. Listing Optimization (SEO)

• Create and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords)
• Improve keyword ranking and conversion rate
• Optimize images, A+ content, and brand content

3. New Product Launches

• Plan and execute new product launches
• Keyword research and launch strategy
• Coordinate pricing, promotions, and initial ad campaigns

4. Amazon Advertising (PPC)

• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display ads
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS and minimum ACOS
• Regular search term mining, bid optimization, and budget control

5. Promotions & Coupons

• Create and manage coupons, deals, and promotional offers
• Plan promotions to boost sales and visibility

6. Account Health Management

• Monitor account health dashboard
• Handle policy compliance, violations, and suppression issues
• Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for cases and appeals

7. Reports & Analysis

• Analyze sales, advertising, and inventory reports
• Provide regular performance updates and insights
• Identify growth opportunities and cost-saving areas
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as an Amazon Seller Account Manager
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and PPC
• Experience with listing optimization and keyword research
• Good understanding of Amazon policies and account health
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work independently and manage the complete account
