Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect configuration and deployment.

Proficiency in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and S3.

Experience developing contact flows, IVR logic, and call routing strategies.

Good understanding of AWS security, IAM policies, and cloud architecture best practices.

Knowledge of Amazon Lex v1/v2 and conversational bot integrations.

Ability to troubleshoot real-time call flows, logs, and integrations.

Good-to-Have Skills:
