Job Description:


Members Only, a leading American fashion brand, is looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Amazon Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon storefront. The role involves driving performance through listing optimization, paid advertising, data analytics, compliance management, and overall account performance. This position is critical to scaling and sustaining our e-commerce revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


AmazonProduct Listing & Compliance:

  • Ensure all product listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
  • Resolve issues related to suppressed or incomplete listings and pricing errors.
  • Oversee product cataloging, inventory management, and pricing updates.
  • Research and update product details, specifications, and images.
  • Maintain and optimize A+ Content and brand store pages to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.


Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon, including AmazonPPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
  • Perform keyword analysis and refinePPCstrategies to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement month-on-month strategies for sales growth across the platform.
  • Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, and regularly monitor campaign performance.


Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Analyze competitor product listings to identify best practices, new product opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.


FBA & Fulfillment Management:

  • Oversee FBA processes, including transparency enrollment and inventory management.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment through Amazon's FBA system.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Use data to create actionable dashboards and reports, providing insights into advertising performance and sales trends.
  • Identify areas to optimize customer acquisition costs, ensuring they align with product margin models.
  • Work closely with the Amazonteam to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless paid efforts.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of AmazonSeller Central, FBA, and Amazon's advertising tools (PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Amazonlisting processes, including A+ Content, brand stores, and catalog management.
  • Experience with Amazoncampaign management, keyword analysis, and budget allocation.
  • Ability to analyze and act on large datasets to optimize performance and sales growth.
  • Solid understanding of competitor research and market analysis on Amazon.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
