Role Overview:


We are looking for a PPC Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, campaign structures, keyword research, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

2.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid management to optimize campaigns.

3.Monitor ACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and TACoS to ensure profitability and efficiency.

4.Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content) for better ad performance.

5.Perform daily/weekly analysis of campaigns, identifying growth opportunities and areas to reduce wasteful spend.

6.Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.

7.Work with creative teams to design engaging ad creatives and brand store optimization.

8.Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

9.Stay updated with Amazon Ads trends, policies, and marketplace changes.

10.Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, keywords, and creatives for continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


1.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2.12 years of experience in Amazon Advertising / PPC campaign management.

3.Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Advertising Console.


4.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

5.Solid understanding of E-commerce KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, TACoS).

6.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

7.Ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Ad Sales Growth & Revenue Contribution.

ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) optimization.

TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) improvement.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Click-through Rate (CTR) & Conversion Rate (CVR).

Reduction in wasted ad spend.
