About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven, proactive Ads Specialist (E-Commerce Marketing) to manage advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon(US/EU), Walmart, Myntra and other leading marketplaces.

Must have:

• Proven hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon Ads across Global Marketplaces (US, EU, and India) is mandatory.
• Prior experience handling the apparel/fashion category will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management

Set up and manage ad campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms

Monitor daily performance metrics and apply data-backed optimizations

2. Keyword Research & Targeting

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis using AI tools

Optimize ad targeting based on buyer behaviour, trends, and seasonal patterns

3. Performance Reporting

Generate detailed reports and extract actionable insights

Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and performance visualization

4. Listing Quality Support

Collaborate with the cataloguing/listing team to ensure listings are optimized for ads and conversions

5. Marketplace Coordination

Resolve ad disapprovals, budget issues, and listing errors through coordination with marketplace support

6. Trend & Policy Monitoring

Stay updated with advertising policy changes, algorithm updates, and platform trends

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

Skills:

Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to solve problems independently and work in a team.
