We are focused on growth through data-driven marketing, brand storytelling, and performance-led scale across digital platforms.Were looking for aseniorMeta and Google Performance Marketing Specialist someone who can not only execute but also strategize, structure, and scale campaigns profitably across multiple ad platforms.


About the Role:

We are looking for aresults-driven Amazon Ads Associate to lead performance marketing efforts on Amazon and Flipkart . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising strategies that drive revenue and scale our d2c nutrition brand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns onAmazon and Flipkart .
  • Develop and implement effectivePPC ad strategies to grow revenue while maintaining efficiency (ACoS).
  • Manage daily operations and account responsibilities across multiple accounts.
  • Monitor and maintainkey performance metrics (e.g., ACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights andoptimize for scale and efficiency .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with theR&D and product teams for new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Produce and managedaily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, revenue trends, and KPIs.
  • Keep up withplatform updates and algorithm changes , applying the latest best practices and tools.
  • Communicate campaign results, strategies, and optimizations clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience inAmazon Marketing , including bothorganic and paid growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding ofFlipkart Ads is a plus.
  • Demonstratedsuccess managing PPC accounts (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Deep interest in business growth and digital advertising.
  • Excellentanalytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency inMS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for eCommerce, advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Aself-starter mindset with an insatiable drive to improve and win.


Nice to Have:
  • Experience with tools likeHelium 10 ,Jungle Scout ,DataHawk , or other Amazon analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity withAmazon Seller Central and/orVendor Central .
  • Experience in managingDSP campaigns or other programmatic media.
  • Knowledge ofretargeting, A/B testing , and campaign attribution models.
