We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ad Campaign Manager who can manage and scale Amazon advertising campaigns end-to-end. The role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting performance across Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) with a strong focus on ROI, ACOS, TACOS, and sales growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns including:
  • Sponsored Products
  • Sponsored Brands
  • Sponsored Display
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting to improve ROAS, ACOS & TACOS.
  • Create and manage manual + auto campaigns, including:
  • Broad / Phrase / Exact
  • Product targeting
  • Category targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and take actions for scaling.
  • Manage search term reports, add negative keywords, and improve keyword efficiency.
  • Work with content/design team for creative assets for Sponsored Brands & Display.
  • Track and improve product visibility, ranking, and conversion through ads.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting with insights & next action plan.
  • Coordinate with marketplace team for inventory, pricing, offers, and listing readiness.


Skills & Requirements
  • Strong experience with Amazon Ads Console and PPC strategy.
  • Knowledge of key metrics:
  • ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC
  • Ability to structure campaigns logically for scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of Amazon listing optimization basics (SEO + conversion).
  • Experience in handling multiple SKUs and brands is a plus.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with agencies or multi-brand portfolios.
    • Experience in categories like Home & Kitchen, Appliances, FMCG, etc.
    • Knowledge of Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and Retail reports.
