Job Title: Assistant Trainer & Content Specialist

About Client:

We are a business networking coaching company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build powerful networks and achieve real business growth. We are looking for an Assistant Trainer & Content Specialist to support the design, customization, and delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and developing training content tailored to different audience segments.

Conduct research to personalize training materials based on client profiles.

Track participant progress and gather feedback to continuously improve the training experience.

Support the lead trainer (founder) in ensuring smooth session flow, assisting with Q&A, and handling logistical elements.

Gradually take on more visible training responsibilities in future program batches.

Qualifications:

6 - 8 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.

Strong content creation and instructional design skills.

Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.

Comfortable working behind the scenes initially, with the potential to step into a front-facing role over time.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
