Job Description

Responsibilities

:

1. Lease Documentation:
   - Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
   - Prepare and process lease documentation, amendments, and renewals.

2. Database Management:
   - Maintain and update lease management systems and databases.
   - Ensure all lease data is accurate, current, and properly documented.

3. Financial Management:
   - Track and process rent payments, security deposits, and other financial obligations.
   - Reconcile lease-related financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
   - Assist with budgeting and forecasting lease-related expenses.

4. Compliance:
   - Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
   - Monitor critical dates, such as lease expirations, renewals, and rent escalations.
   - Coordinate with legal counsel on lease disputes and litigation.

5. Reporting:
   - Generate and distribute regular reports on lease status, financials, and other key metrics.
   - Provide lease analysis and support to the finance and real estate teams.

6. Tenant Relations:
   - Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related matters.
   - Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

7. Coordination:
   - Collaborate with property managers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
   - Assist with site inspections, property assessments, and lease negotiations.

8. Administration:
   - Maintain organized and comprehensive lease files and documentation.
   - Support internal audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
•    Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
•    IT skills: MS Office
•    Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops

- Strong understanding of lease terms, conditions, and legal implications.
- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
