Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Credit Analysis:
• Conduct credit assessments and risk evaluations of potential and existing customers.
• Monitor and manage credit limits and terms for customers to mitigate financial risk.
• Analyze customer financial statements and credit reports to make informed credit decisions.
3. Record Management:
• Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Perform regular audits of financial records to ensure data integrity.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers regarding credit terms, payment issues, and account status.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address financial discrepancies and resolve issues.
5. Compliance and Control:
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
6. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial reporting and credit management.
• Implement best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency in record-to-report processes.
