Job Title: Assistant Manager Performance Marketing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to join our growing marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in lead generation through platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels, with the ability to execute and optimize ROIdriven campaigns under strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Drive high-quality lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand engagement across international markets. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights. Continuously test and refine ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and messaging through A/B testing and analytics.

Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy. Analyze performance data to generate weekly/monthly reports and recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign customization for different markets.

Requirements: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. Proven experience in managing mid-to-large scale budgets with strong focus on ROI. Experience working in a fast-paced digital business environment. Expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital media platforms. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, attribution models, and campaign automation. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems

Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills. Strong execution capability and stakeholder coordination skills.
