(Mid to Leadership Role India & Global)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead Marketing & PR, Business Alliances, Inside Sales Representation (ISR), and Digital Strategies across India and global markets. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft and execute integrated cross-functional strategies that drive brand visibility, market penetration, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive PR, marketing, and digital strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Drive global and regional campaigns to enhance brand positioning and engagement.
Public Relations & Brand Management:
Build and maintain strong media relationships to ensure positive brand coverage.
Manage crisis communication and reputation management effectively.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
Oversee digital channels, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
Innovate digital campaigns to maximise reach and ROI.
ISR (Inside Sales Representation):
Collaborate with sales teams to design lead-generation strategies and nurture pipelines.
Implement tools and processes to optimise ISR performance globally.
Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive business growth.
Foster alliances with industry leaders, technology partners, and influencers.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance in terms of Digital.
- Mentor and develop talent for future leadership roles.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in PR, marketing, and digital ecosystems.
Proven experience in global strategy development and execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
812 years of experience in PR, marketing, digital strategy, and alliances (with at least 35 years in a leadership role).
Exposure to global markets and cross-cultural teams is highly desirable.
