Job Title: AM/Manager - FP&A

Job Location: Sector 98, Noida

Job Type: Full time & Onsite

Shift timings: 3:30 pm to 1 am IST

Key Responsibilities-

• Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain variances and trends
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning
• Deliver executive-level reporting, KPIs, and dashboards with clear narratives on performance drivers
• Prepare and present monthly management reporting and executive-level dashboards
• Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to improve financial outcomes
• Identify opportunities to optimize revenue growth, cost structure, and capital allocation
• Financial due diligence for acquisitions
• Enterprise KPI development and performance management frameworks

Qualification & Skills-

• MBA from a reputed institute or CA
• PQE 3-5 years
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
