Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Schedule all interviews between job candidates and interviewers. Coordinate additional interviews or meetings as part of the interview process
  • Collaborate with the recruiter and hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience throughout the process of scheduling interviews
  • Prepare recruiting resources and documentation like candidates scorecards, resumes, or reports, and share them with the hiring team resources as needed before and after each interview
  • Draft offer letters and set up new hires in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support onboarding and candidate travel as needed, specifically related to purchase order and expense management
  • Work on additional projects as necessary with a heavy focus on reporting, recruiting effectiveness, and excellent experience
