Job Summary:

Seasoned Administration and Facilities Manager with over 8+years of multifaceted experience across diverse industries, including media, healthcare, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Expertise in managing complex office operations, corporate travel, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency. Proven leadership in supervising teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving organisational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end office administration and facility management, including housekeeping, pantry services, AMC contracts, procurement, and IT coordination across multiple office locations.
  • Oversee corporate travel operations covering domestic and international bookings, group logistics, vendor negotiations, policy enforcement, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor administration teams across multiple cities, aligning objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting teamwork.
  • Develop, implement, and standardise operational processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Handle financial operations such as petty cash, vendor payments, subscription tracking, credit card MIS, and budgeting with regular audits.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, including large-scale off-sites and executive retreats, managing logistics and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and lease agreements, ensuring cost efficiencies and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Maintain safe, compliant, and productivity-focused work environments through regular audits and facility inspections.
  • Coordinate internal communications, executive calendars, meetings, and confidential information management with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations.
