Job Description

Responsibilities


Analytical interpretation using the data provided.
Drive business decisions using a combination of deep data analysis and executive reporting
Communicate optimally with both technical and nontechnical partners
Perform day-to-day analyses associated with the rewards program
Report out on ongoing loyalty program performance to leadership and cross-functional partners
Perform ad hoc analyses to identify, execute and measure margin-positive opportunities to grow customers at different stages of the loyalty lifecycle
Keep tabs on industry trends, growth opportunities, and new and emerging players in the industry, to ensure loyalty programs remain outstanding
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to tackle business problems. May regularly utilize, update and adapt predictive modeling tools and/or passionate about the application of the tools
Work extensively with key partners to understand business needs, vet opportunities and deliver analytically-based solutions and tools to drive business results
Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new reports and analyses
Proactively analyze and interpret insight to support changes and improvements to business strategy and planning
Create intelligent and informative written and visual reports or dashboards
Consultant will ensure on time and accurate delivery of projects and sub-projects as agreed by the parties

Minimum Qualifications


MSc in Quantitative Economics/Statistics
Must have rich experience in Statistics modelling /Analysis experience
