Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be managing Payroll process including people and client management, RACM controls, Audit, Escalation, client cadence

  • Payroll experience is required

  • Proven work experience in team handling role

  • Responsible for managing team/people

  • Responsible for managing client /escalation

  • Good Excel skills

  • Understanding on Cora tool

  • Responsible for managing RACM controls for Payroll process

  • Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility

  • Excellent MS Office and Excel skills

  • Participate in and support during Client visits.
