Responsibilities

In this role, you will be managing Payroll process including people and client management, RACM controls, Audit, Escalation, client cadence

Payroll experience is required
-
Proven work experience in team handling role

Responsible for managing team/people

Responsible for managing client /escalation

Good Excel skills
-
Understanding on Cora tool
-
Responsible for managing RACM controls for Payroll process

Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility
-
Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
-
Participate in and support during Client visits.
